The Challenge

To provide experienced, local labour to form the lifting teams for the 4 tower cranes on site.

Our Solution

Drawing on over 30 years of industry experience, we have built an extensive database of skilled lifting and crane personnel, providing unrivalled access to qualified workers across the UK.

For the new Velindre Cancer Centre project, we utilised our established network alongside targeted local recruitment campaigns to source and deploy the experienced personnel required to support the project's lifting operations. This enabled us to provide a complete team of Crane Supervisors, Crane Coordinators, Appointed Persons, and Slinger/Signallers, ensuring the site had access to the specialist expertise needed throughout the construction programme.

By combining our long-established workforce network with proactive local recruitment, we were able to meet the project's staffing requirements efficiently while maintaining the high standards expected on a major healthcare infrastructure development.

Collaboration & Workforce Support

The right people, in place, throughout

A key part of our service is maintaining close communication with the project team to ensure the right personnel are in place throughout the project.

Where operational requirements change, or an operative proves not to be the right fit for a particular project environment, we work collaboratively with the client to identify the best solution. This includes sourcing suitable replacement personnel quickly and efficiently, minimising disruption to the programme and maintaining operational continuity.

Our approach is based on partnership, flexibility, and open communication, ensuring workforce challenges are addressed proactively and professionally.
